If you want to register on JamesEdition as a Business seller, please refer to this article. You won’t be involved in a long-term contract, and you can cancel your subscription and leave at any time.

Yes, we care a lot about the quality of our listings; we only allow items that meet our moderation rules. Here you can learn how we moderate our listings.
I have a problem with my listings

My listing is showing on the wrong location
If your listing is displayed in the wrong location and it was uploaded automatically, please verify your feed to ensure that the correct address and/or coordinates are being sent to us.
If everything appears to be correct or if the listing was manually uploaded, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our Support Team via email at support@jamesedition.com and provide the following details:

- Correct Location :
- Listing URL:

I can't find my listing online
If your listing is missing from the Search Results and was uploaded automatically, please first check your CRM feed to ensure it is active. If it is not active, please activate it.
If everything appears to be correct or if the listing was manually uploaded, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our Support Team via email at support@jamesedition.com and provide the following details:
- A screenshot of the listing marked as active on your CRM:
- Listing Internal Reference Number:
- Agent's Email:
- Listing’s Link to Your Website:
- Any Other Relevant Details:

My Deleted Listing Is Still Appearing Online
If your listing was uploaded automatically, please verify that it has been removed from your feed. If you have deleted your listing from your feed but it is still visible on JamesEdition, this may be due to a technical error or a delayed portfolio update. Please allow up to 24 hours for the listing to be removed from the platform.
If your deleted listing is still appearing online after 24 hours, please contact your Customer Success Manager or our Support Team at support@jamesedition.com. Be sure to include the following details:
- Listing Reference Number
- Listing URL

How do I add a listing on JamesEdition?
There are two ways of adding your listings - manually and automatically via feed..
How long does it take for my listings to be online?
When you create a listing, it is moderated automatically. Normally, moderation takes a few minutes. If a listing meets all the requirements, it will appear online.

No, we just put sellers and buyers together. The rest is up to you.
Is it safe to buy expensive things this way?
Buying and selling things on JamesEdition is easy and safe. Our dealers have great experience shipping, insuring, and handling payment from anywhere in the world. Talk to them directly, and they will be happy to help. We do our best to ensure that listings on JamesEdition are authentic and from credible dealers.
How can I find out about shipping costs?
Our Dealers are well equipped to answer questions about shipping, insurance and payment. Contact the dealer for the listing you are interested in and they’ll be happy to help.
What is P.O.R?
It stands for Price on Request, which means you have to ask the dealer what the item costs.
How often does JamesEdition update the currency rates?
We update currencies daily.
Can JamesEdition provide more information about a listing?
While we would love to help, JamesEdition doesn't have additional details about the listings beyond what is listed on our website. For more information, we recommend reaching out directly to the seller or agent, who will be happy to answer all your questions.
How do I contact the seller?
You can send an email to the seller by filling out the form on the listing page. We also provide the phone number in the seller information so you can call directly. Please read this article for more information.
Why doesn’t the seller respond to my message?
Some dealers have small operations and are very busy, so if you have inquired about a property, please give the agent some time to respond. Should the seller not reply within three business days, we suggest you contact them directly via their phone number, website, or by visiting their office. You can find their phone number on their office page. For more details, please review this article.
