How do I login to my account/reset my password?

Learn how to log in and reset your password for your account.

How to log in to your account

  1. Go to the main page and click "Log in" at the top right-hand corner of the page.

  2. Enter your account email address and password.

Note! You can also log in using social networks such as LinkedIn or Google.

3. Click the Continue button.

Logging in with a one-time code

Depending on your account, JamesEdition may ask you to log in with a one-time verification code sent to your email instead of a password. This applies to some buyer accounts; Business Account (seller) users log in with their email and password, or via Google, Facebook, Apple, or LinkedIn.

How it works:

  1. Go to jamesedition.com and click "Log in".
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. If your account is eligible for code-based login, we'll email you a verification code.
  4. Enter the code on the login screen to access your account.

Not receiving the code?

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Wait a moment before requesting a new code, there is a minimum delay between code emails, and too many rapid requests are temporarily blocked.
  3. Make sure you're checking the inbox for the email address on your JamesEdition account.
  4. Use "Resend code" on the login screen to request a new one.
  5. Corporate email filters can block automated emails. Ask your IT team to allow emails from jamesedition.com.
  6. Still stuck? Contact support@jamesedition.com.


Business Account holders: if you can't log in, use "Reset password". We'll email reset instructions. If your account was never activated, logging in will re-send your activation email.

How to reset your password

  1. Go to our main page and click on "Log in" at the top right-hand corner of the page.

  2. Once you see the Login Form, click on the link at the bottom of the frame labeled "Forgot Password?"

3. Now, enter your email address associated with the account you would like to access and click the Continue button.

4. Go to your email inbox and click the custom link to reset your password and access your account immediately.

Note! This link will expire within 48 hours. If you can't reset your password in time, please start again from Step 1.

How to change your account email

If you need to update your account access email, please contact our Support Team at support@jamesedition.com to provide them with the new email address for the necessary changes.
