Maximizing Your Elite Plus Subscription: A Step-by-Step Guide

The Elite Plus subscription grants you full access to all the features of your business dashboard. To make the most of it, follow this guide to get started.

Accessing Your Business Dashboard

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the upper-right corner of the page and click on "Log in". 
  3. Enter your account email address and password.

  4. Click the Continue button.

Setting Up Your Company Profile

Once you are logged in, go to the upper right corner, click on your login name, and then navigate to your Company section.

Make sure to provide the following details:

  • Company Name
  • Description
  • Full Address
  • Contact Information
  • Branding: Upload a cover image, company logo, and listing logos.


Don’t forget to include your website and social media links (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) so potential leads can easily find more information about your business. 

Editing Account Information and Password

Managing Your Team

In the Team section, you'll find a list of all team members associated with your account. You can easily update their details or add new members:

  • To add a team member, click the green "Add Team Member" button.
  • Fill in their name, contact information, and upload their profile picture.

  • To activate your agent's landing page, you can do so by editing the agent (using the pen icon) and turning on the "activate landing page" button. For more information on the agent's landing page, please refer to the following article.

Monitoring Inquiries in the Inbox

The Inbox section stores the history of your written inquiries. All lead inquiries will be sent to the email address you provided. You can also reply directly from the inbox using the "Reply via email" button.

Phone inquiries will be directed to the phone number you provided in your contact information or to the phone number of the agent linked to the listing.

Tip: We recommend testing the system by sending a message to yourself and making a call using the phone number listed on your page to ensure everything is working correctly.

Analyzing Performance with Statistics

Once your listings are live, you can track their performance in the Statistics section of your dashboard. You can even export a detailed report using the "Export CSV" button. For more information please refer to this article.

Managing Listings

In the My Listings section:

  • Admins can view all listings.
  • Agents will see only the listings assigned to them.

Use the search bar to filter listings by status (active, inactive, or refused) and sort by ID number, name, or agent's name.

To add a new listing click the green "Add Listing" button and follow the instructions provided here.

Promoting Your Elite Plus Listings

With the Elite Plus subscription, you have the option to promote some of your published listings, boosting their visibility.

To promote a listing:

  1. Navigate to your My Listings section.
  2. Select the listing you want to promote and click the "Promote" button.
  3. Choose the "Elite Plus Promotion" option and confirm.

Once promoted, your listing will:

  • Appear first in relevant search results.
  • Be displayed larger, with more images visible in the gallery preview.

Action Steps After Upgrading to Elite Plus

Here’s a quick checklist to get started with your Elite Plus subscription:

  1. Complete your Company Profile (including contact details and branding).
  2. Add your company’s website and social media links (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  3. Upload your listings, or if they’re already live, review them using the Listing Quality Index and make necessary adjustments.
  4. Promote your listings with the Elite Plus Promotion
  5. Regularly review your Statistics and Inbox sections to stay on top of inquiries and performance.
