Business Account: How can I edit my account information?

Here you can learn where and how you can edit your professional seller's account information with different subscription types

You can edit your account and company settings from your Business account. 

How do I edit my account information?

Editing your account information is possible in all account types.

Go to your Business account on JamesEdition and navigate to the Company section.

You can update your company's name and description, contact details and phone number and adjust your notification settings from this page.

You can also change your password here. Enter your current password (to avoid unwanted access to your account), then type in a new password, confirm it, and click Update Password.

If you do not remember your current password, click Forgot Password? Reset instructions will be sent to your email address.

 

Please note: Don't forget to check your spam folder in case the reset password link didn't reach your inbox shortly after your request.

How do I edit my company information?

Depending upon your account type, options for editing company information may be limited.

  1. Go to the Company section in your Business account.

  2. With a Basic account, you can edit the Company Name, Address (only city and country), and Contact Information (email and phone numbers).

 

Please note: If you want to add a description, full address, external URLs to your own website and social media pages, and branding (page cover, company logo, or listing logo) to your account, you will need to upgrade to a higher plan. To do that, please click on the Upgrade button or contact us.

     3. Apart from the other advantages, with Elite and Elite Plus account types, you can add the Company Name, Description, Full Address, Contact Information, and the Company's Branding (page cover, company logo, and listing logo). You can also add your company's website URL and the URLs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok, select the languages your team speaks.

Our Logo requirements are as follows:

  • Only JPG files

  • Company and Listing logo: 200*80px (recommended size)

  • Page Cover logo: 1920*1080px (recommended size). You can learn where and how to add your logo here.

The Elite account Business page will look similar to the one below:
