Why can't I find my listing or see my updates on JamesEdition?
For sellers whose published listings aren't appearing in search results or whose recent changes aren't visible on the website.
If your listing is published but you can't find it in search results, start by checking the location, category, and search filters.
If you've recently updated a manual listing, the changes appear on the website right away. If you don't see them, refresh the page. Listings connected to a CRM are updated according to their feed schedule.
Why can't I find my published listing in search results?
If your listing is marked as published but doesn't appear in your search, try the following:
- Check the location and category. Make sure you're searching in the correct area and listing category.
- Review your search filters. Remove filters such as price range, property type, or number of bedrooms that might exclude your listing.
- Verify your listing details. Check that the location and category assigned to your listing are correct.
- Confirm that your listing is live. Log in to your Business Account, find the listing, and click View live to open its public page.
If your listing is published but appears under the wrong location or category, please contact our Support Team.
Why aren't my listing updates showing on the website?
The time it takes for changes to appear depends on how your listings are managed.
- Manual listings: Updates appear on the website right away. If you don't see your changes, refresh the listing page.
- CRM feed listings: Changes made in your CRM will appear on JamesEdition after the next scheduled feed update.
- CRM listings with a padlock icon: This indicates that the listing has been manually edited on JamesEdition. As a result, most updates from your CRM will no longer be applied automatically, except for price and publication status.

What if my listing isn't published?
If your listing is not published, check its status in your Business Account to understand why it isn't visible.
