# Why aren't my CRM feed listings showing on JamesEdition?

## For sellers whose feed listings didn't appear after setup, went missing, disappeared, or show wrong or outdated data.

Most feed problems start in the CRM or in the feed file. Your Business Account shows the reason for every listing that wasn't imported, so start there: open **My listings** and check the **Not imported** tab. Once you fix the cause in your CRM, the listing is picked up at the next feed update.

### **Where can I see why a feed listing wasn't imported?**

Your Business Account shows the reason in two places:

- **My listings › Not imported tab**: every listing from your last feed run that couldn't be imported, with its **Reference** from your CRM and the **Reason**. The tab only appears when at least one listing failed. If it isn't there, no listing failed in your last feed run.
- **My listings › Rejected tab**: listings that are already on JamesEdition but didn't pass the latest import or our review, with the reason in the **Reason** column.

Account admins also see **Listing feed** in the sidebar. Its **Report** tab shows the last feed run: how many listings were created, updated, unchanged, removed or failed, and the error if the whole run failed. You can search for a listing by its **Internal reference**. Listings that failed only because of the minimum price are hidden there by default; switch off **Hide price-limit failures** to see them.

### **My listings haven't appeared after I connected my feed. What do I check?**

Most feeds go live within minutes, and some CRMs take up to 24 hours. We send you an email when your listings are live. If they still haven't appeared after 24 hours:

1. Check that the setup is complete on your CRM side and that the listings are selected for export to JamesEdition.
2. Open **Listing feed › Report** in your Business Account. If it shows "Your last feed run failed", the message underneath explains why, for example the feed isn't accessible, the link redirects to another address, or the file is empty. Fix the cause or send the message to your CRM provider.
3. Check the **Not imported** tab in **My listings** for listings that were read but not imported.

If everything looks right, contact us with a screenshot of the error.

### **Why is one listing missing when the others are fine?**

If your other listings update normally, your feed works and this listing is being filtered out. Look for its reference in the **Not imported** tab to see the exact reason. The most common ones:

- **It isn't selected for JamesEdition** in your CRM, or it isn't active there.
- **The price is below our minimum publication price.** See [What are the rules for publishing listings on JamesEdition?](https://help.jamesedition.com/en/what-are-the-rules-for-publishing-listings-on-jamesedition?hsLang=en)
- **It has fewer than 2 photos.** A new feed listing needs at least 2 photos.
- **Required data is missing or invalid**, for example the headline, property type, country, currency, or coordinates.
- **It duplicates a listing** that's already on JamesEdition.
- **Your account has reached its listing limit.** Contact your Account Manager to increase it.
- **You removed it on JamesEdition before.** You removed it on JamesEdition before. Your feed doesn't bring back listings you unpublished or deleted manually. See the section about this below.

Fix the cause in your CRM and the listing is imported at the next feed update. If the reason isn't clear, send us the listing reference from your CRM and we'll tell you which rule it didn't pass.

### **Why did a feed listing disappear from JamesEdition?**

The usual reasons:

- **It was removed from your feed or deselected for JamesEdition in your CRM.** We then unpublish it automatically and it moves to the **Removed** tab in **My listings**. This is expected, not an error. You can't republish it from your Business Account: add it back to your feed or select it again in your CRM.
- **An update from your CRM made it break a publication rule**, for example the price dropped below the minimum or required data was removed. Check the **Reason** in the **Rejected** or **Removed** tab, fix it in your CRM, and wait for the next feed update.

To see what each status means, see [What does my listing status mean?](https://help.jamesedition.com/en/how-to-check-your-listings-status?hsLang=en)

### **I unpublished or deleted a listing on JamesEdition. Why doesn't my feed bring it back?**

Your feed doesn't override what you do on JamesEdition:

- **A listing you unpublished** stays unpublished, even if your CRM still sends it. To bring it back, find it in the **Removed** tab in **My listings**, open it and click **Publish**.
- **A listing you deleted permanently** can't be imported again from your feed. Contact us if you need it back.

### **Why aren't my CRM changes showing on JamesEdition?**

- **Check for a padlock next to the listing title.** It means the listing was edited by hand in your Business Account, so it only takes price and status from your CRM. See [How does my CRM feed work on JamesEdition?](https://help.jamesedition.com/en/what-is-a-hybrid-integration-and-how-to-use-it?hsLang=en) to switch it back to CRM updates.
- **Allow for the next feed update.** Changes in your CRM don't appear right away.
- **Check Listing feed › Report.** If your last feed run failed, no changes came through. Fix the error shown there first.

### **I changed a price by hand and it went back to the old one. Why?**

Price and status always come from your CRM, even on a listing you edited by hand. A price you change in your Business Account goes back to the CRM price at the next feed update. To change a price, change it in your CRM.

### **Why is my listing data wrong or in the wrong field?**

The fields in your feed probably don't match our format, for example the property type, area or currency. If you built your own feed, compare it with the field mapping in our feed documentation (**Open feed documentation** in the Import listings window) and correct the data in your CRM or feed file. If your feed comes from a CRM integration, send us the listing reference and the field that's wrong, and we'll check the mapping.

### **Why is the map pin of my feed listing in the wrong place?**

The address or coordinates in your feed are wrong or incomplete. Fix them in your CRM; the pin updates at the next feed update. See [How do I set my listing's location and fix a wrong map pin?](https://help.jamesedition.com/en/managing-listing-location-and-map-pins?hsLang=en)
