How to import your listings automatically from your CRM

Connect your CRM or your own feed from your Business Account, without waiting for us to set it up.

Before you start

JamesEdition has launched a listings export via the most popular CRM providers. You can now connect your listings directly from your Business Account.

We run one feed per account. If you already have a feed and want to change it, contact your JamesEdition Customer Success Manager or support@jamesedition.com.

Please note: the option is currently available only for the newly created offices, with no feed integration in place.

Connect a CRM provider

  1. In your Business Account, go to My Listings and select Add Listing.
  2. Select Import listings automatically.
  3. Choose your CRM provider from the list, or search by name.
  4. Follow the setup instructions shown for that provider. Each CRM is different, and most of the setup happens on your CRM side.

Your listings appear on JamesEdition within 24 to 48 hours of the setup being completed on your side. If nothing has appeared after 48 hours, please contact our support team at support@jamesedition.com

If your CRM is not on the list

  1. Build your feed following the JamesEdition feed guidelines in our Feed Documentation.
  2. Run it through our Feed Validator, linked in the Feed Documentation. It shows you the errors so you can fix them before submitting.
  3. Paste your feed URL to submit it.

The first import runs within a few hours. Your listings then go online, or your Business Account shows the export errors and how to fix them.

If your CRM is not listed and you cannot build a feed yourself, contact your JamesEdition Customer Success Manager or support@jamesedition.com for further assistance.

Once your feed is live

Your feed is re-read three times a day, manual edits change how a listing updates, and listings removed from your feed are unpublished automatically. See How your CRM feed works on JamesEdition
