How to upload your listings automatically

We are pleased to announce the self-service integration option for exporting your listings via the most popular CRM systems

JamesEdition has launched a self-service listing's export via the most popular CRM providers directly from the seller's business account

Please note: the option is currently available only for the newly created offices with no feeds being used earlier

To start exporting the listings automatically, please navigate to My Listings, click on Add Listing tab on the right side, and select the Import listings automatically option:


After that, the system will show you a few possible options where you can either select the already connected CRM system or build your own feed. 

If you select the integration via the already connected CRM, please type in its name in the search bar:

Tip: each CRM system has its own settings. Please read the setup instructions carefully. 

Please note that after the setup is complete on your side, the listings will start appearing on the portal within the next 24-48 hours. If this didn't happen, please contact our support team at support@jamesedition.com 

If you weren't able to find your CRM provider in the list, feel free to contact your account or our support team using one of the suggested options. The team replies within 1 working day:

Tip: before submitting your newly built feed, we recommend using our Feed Validator to avoid any bugs or mistakes. You will find a link to it in the Feed Documentation

In case the feed contains any errors or bugs, the system will highlight them for you to amend.

If the feed validation was successful, feel free to insert the URL for submitting. 

After the first feed run ( that will happen within a few next our after submitting it) the listings will appear online, or, if the system detects any export issues, it will show the errors and the steps of amending them.
