      Why do I not see all of my listings in the Business Account?

      Why do I not see all of my listings in the Business Account? Here you will learn what user roles we have on JamesEdition and why you need them Sarah

      If you don’t find in your business account some listings that you expect to be there, it might be because of your account role:

      • Agents can only see and manage listings that they are attached to. These could be listings from the same or different offices, but the agent will only see listings assigned to him/her.

      • Admins can see and manage all listings from all offices where they are admins. These could be ALL listings from the same or different offices.

      Currently, it is not possible to assign a role for yourself. If you want to become an admin, contact us.
