      Why do I not see all of my listings in the Business Account?

      Here you will learn what user roles we have on JamesEdition and why you need them

      If you can't find certain listings in your business account that you expect to be there, it could be due to your account role:

      • Agents can only view and manage listings that they are assigned to. These listings could be from the same or different offices, but the agent will only see listings assigned to them.

      • Admins can view and manage all listings from all offices where they are admins. These could include all listings from the same or different offices.

      Currently, it is not possible to assign a role for yourself. If you want to become an admin, contact us.
