WhatsApp Inquiries on JamesEdition

Learn How WhatsApp Inquiries Can Connect You with Buyers Instantly

At JamesEdition, we are committed to enhancing communication between buyers and sellers. In addition to traditional inquiry forms and phone numbers, we have WhatsApp as an inquiry channel available for Elite and Elite Plus sellers.

Important: The WhatsApp button is only available on the mobile version of the JamesEdition website.

How to Set Up Your WhatsApp Contact for Inquiries

To receive inquiries via WhatsApp, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the Company section in your Admin Panel.

  2. Add a phone number that is linked to an active WhatsApp account.

  3. Make sure to include the correct country code (e.g., +34 for Spain, +39 for Italy).

  4. Once added, your WhatsApp button will automatically appear on your listing page for mobile users.

How It Works

1. Buyers Click the WhatsApp Button

On your listing page, a WhatsApp inquiry button will be visible to buyers who access the site on mobile devices.

2. Buyer Initiates a Chat

Clicking the button will open a WhatsApp chat window with our JamesEdition business account. A pre-filled inquiry message will be included, making it easy for the buyer to start a conversation.

3. Receive a Notification from JamesEdition

When a buyer submits a WhatsApp inquiry, you will receive a notification from JamesEdition. You will be asked to confirm whether you want to accept the lead.

4. Accept the Lead to Start the Chat

Once you accept the lead, a private WhatsApp conversation is created between you and the buyer. You can now chat directly with the potential buyer through WhatsApp.

5. Missed a WhatsApp Lead? No Problem!

If you do not respond to a WhatsApp inquiry, the lead will also be available in your Inbox and a copy will be sent to your email. You can always follow up through other available communication channels.

Who Receives WhatsApp Inquiries?

  • If a specific agent is assigned to the listing and has a WhatsApp-registered phone number, the inquiry goes directly to that agent.
  • If no agent is assigned, the inquiry is sent to the office’s WhatsApp-registered number instead.

This system ensures buyers always get connected to the right person quickly, improving response times and communication.
