Leads from US-based buyers now include verified wealth data powered by Altrata (WealthEngine), giving you an immediate sense of the buyer's financial capacity.
- **Wealth score** — A rating out of 100 that shows the buyer's financial strength at a glance.
- **Financial overview** — Net worth, income, real estate holdings, cash on hand, and total assets in easy-to-read ranges.
- **Owned properties** — Properties associated with the buyer, including type, location, and assessed value.
