What happens if a buyer wants to call me?

Dear Seller,

Our current protocol for buyers to get access to the seller's phone number is the following:

When a buyer clicks on "Show phone number" button on your page or one of your listings, they will be prompted to either log in or enter their email address, unless the buyer is already registered and logged in. 

Once the phone number is revealed, an inquiry is generated and sent to your lead email. You can view this inquiry, along with all the information provided by the buyer, on your Business Dashboard on JE platform.

If the buyer is using a mobile device and is logged in, the phone number will open up as a direct dial option, enabling them to call you instantly.

To ensure the quality of these leads, all inquiries are subject to automatic moderation. It is mandatory for the inquiry to have at least a name and an email address in order to be processed. If you come across any suspicious activity, please report it to our customer support team.
