Master Business Dashboard: Track Your Listings & Performance in One Place

We’re excited to introduce the first version of the JamesEdition Master Business Dashboard, a powerful tool designed exclusively for our partners managing multiple affiliates on JamesEdition.

The dashboard gives you a unified view across all your offices and listings, aggregating performance and activity data in one central place. This makes it easier to stay on top of key business insights, compare office performance, and manage your team at scale.

The Master Dashboard brings together the most relevant stats in one place:

• High-level office statistics to monitor overall account performance.
• Drill-down access to individual office and listing data.
  

• Search by internal listing ID, so you can quickly locate and review specific listings. Especially useful when checking for missing content.

Whether you're tracking visibility, reviewing agent activity, or preparing reports, the dashboard is designed to support your day-to-day operations across multiple offices.

How to access the dashboard

If you haven't logged in before, you should have received an email prompting you to reset your password. Didn’t receive it? No problem, just follow these steps:

1. Visit jamesedition.com

2. Click Log in in the top-right corner

3. Select Forgot password? and enter your business email address

Once logged in, your dashboard will be available with stats and listings tied to your account.

⚠️ Important: If you only see one of your offices, it means you currently have access to the regular Business Dashboard. Please contact our Support Team so they can grant you access to the Master Dashboard.

Need to add more users?

To give access to additional team members, simply reply to our Support Team with the following details:

• First name

• Last name

• Email address
