Listing Promotion Options in Your Business Dashboard

Discover the new feature that let you explore visibility-boosting opportunities, reach more potential buyers, and make the most of your listings on JamesEdition

With the new Listing Promotion Options feature, you can now view available promotional packages directly in your Business Dashboard.

This section allows you to explore how you can increase your listings’ visibility on JamesEdition by reviewing the different promotion types and their corresponding prices.

!Note: Promotion management is not self-service.

Select the listing you would like to feature, click on the Promote button, and you will see the dashboard with the available options and their pricing:

Once you’ve reviewed the available packages, you can submit your interest directly through your dashboard.

After you submit your request, a JamesEdition representative will contact you to discuss all the details and help you activate the most suitable promotion for your listings.

Notes & Best Practices:

  • Promotions can be applied to active listings only
  • The listing should have more than three images
  • For the best results, ensure your listings have high-quality photos, accurate details, and engaging descriptions before promoting

Important: Promotions Auto-Renew

Single Listing Promotions on JamesEdition automatically renew at the end of each promotion period. If you no longer want to promote a listing, you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

When to cancel
Cancel at least 24 hours before the promotion period ends to ensure the renewal is stopped in time.
