Your Buyer Profile tells JamesEdition what you're looking for, so we can show you the most relevant luxury properties. A complete profile means better recommendations, more relevant search results, and stronger signals for the agents and agencies you connect with.

When your profile is fully complete, you unlock High-quality profile status, a badge that signals to sellers and agents that you are a serious, verified buyer.

How to access your Buyer Profile

1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of any page
2. Go to your account settings
3. Select your profile to view and edit your information

What to fill in

Your profile is made up of the following sections. Complete all of them to reach High-quality profile status.

• Location The region or city where you are looking to buy.

• Price range Your minimum and maximum budget.

• Timeline When you are looking to purchase.

• Financing Whether you are a cash buyer or require financing.

• Working with an agent Whether you are already working with a real estate agent.

• Property preferences Your intended purpose (primary home, investment, holiday home), property type, number of bedrooms, and desired amenities.

• Motivation A short note on why you are looking; for example, whether you are searching on behalf of a client or for personal use.

• Professional background Your job title and company.

Track your progress

A progress bar at the top of your profile shows how complete your profile is. Once all sections are filled in, you will see the High-quality profile badge. You can update your profile at any time as your preferences change.
