How to check your listing's status?

Check out your listing's status on JamesEdition

Our platform allows you to check the status of every listing in your profile.
You can do it in your Business Account, in the Listings section.

In the search bar of My listings section, you can look for a particular listing by it's ID (reference number), name, location, or even agent's name that the listing is assigned to.

You can choose to show all listings at the same time, or only active/inactive/refused listings by groups.

Stats gif 1-1

When the listing is published, its status is active; when it is not published, it is inactive.

If you want to check your listing online - please open the listing, make sure it is published and click on the arrow beside the listing name.

If your listing is refused, you can review the reason by moving your cursor to the "refused" sign:

If the reason is unclear, feel free to check our moderation rules to see why it was not accepted, or contact your account manager or the support team directly.

If your listings are coming from a CRM feed, you can also check which listings were customized so you know they will not be updated from the feed anymore. After you apply the first manual update on a listing, we will start preferring manual input vs automatic updates, except for price and availability changes. Your listing will change status to manually edited, and a padlock icon will appear on its thumbnail, as shown in the screenshot.

Tip: For more details on customized listings, see this article.

It is also possible to see the general statistics for your listings for the past 7, 30, or 90 days.
By default, it is showing you the performance for the last 30 days. If you want to see more details metrics for your listings please check this article.

My listing is active but I can't find it in search results

  • Make sure the listing has a complete address and category, incomplete listings may not appear in filtered searches.
  • Try searching by listing ID (reference number) in the Business Account to confirm it's published.

My listing was edited but changes aren't showing

  • If you edited your listing manually, please allow 15–30 minutes for the changes to appear on the live site.

  • If your listing is updated through a CRM feed or integration, changes may take up to 24 hours to sync and display on JamesEdition.

  • Please note: if you manually edit a listing that is connected to a CRM feed, the manual changes will override the feed data for that listing. Once this happens, the feed will no longer automatically update that specific listing unless the manual override is removed or the listing is reconnected to the feed.

If the issue persists, contact us at support@jamesedition.com with your listing ID and a description of the problem.
