# How do I remove a listing?
## For Business Account users who want to take a listing off JamesEdition, temporarily or permanently
To take a listing offline, open it in **My Listings** and click **Unpublish**. It disappears from JamesEdition right away but stays in your account, so you can publish it again later. If you want it deleted for good, our support team can do that for you.
### **How do I unpublish a listing?**
1. Go to **My Listings** and click the listing. It opens in a pop-up window.
2. Click **Unpublish**.
Buyers can no longer see the listing on JamesEdition. It moves to the **Removed** tab with the status **Unpublished**, and all its details are kept.
### **How do I publish an unpublished listing again?**
Go to the **Removed** tab in **My Listings**, click the listing and click **Publish**. It goes back online with the details you saved.
### **Can I delete a listing permanently?**
You can't delete a listing from your account, but our support team can delete it permanently for you. Email [support@jamesedition.com](mailto:support@jamesedition.com) from your account email and include the listing link or reference. Permanent deletion can't be undone. If you might want to publish the listing again later, unpublish it instead.
### **How do I remove a listing that comes from my CRM feed?**
Remove the listing from your feed, or stop exporting it to JamesEdition in your CRM. Listings that are no longer in your feed are unpublished automatically at the next feed update. A listing that our team has deleted permanently is not published again, even if it is still in your feed.
