The prices are shown on a weekly basis and they start from € 2,000 per week. Properties for the vacation rentals should be fully furnished.

If the seller mentions the price on a monthly basis or per night, the system would calculate the weekly rate.

At the moment, it is possible to upload vacation rentals mainly automatically.

How do I find vacation rentals on JamesEdition?

To find a property to rent simply go to section Vacation Rentals, here you will be able to choose the location you are interested in, apply filters to your search, see properties on the map and etc. Basically, it works exactly the same way when you search for a property to buy.
