Discover Properties Using Map View

What is Map View?

Map View lets you browse luxury properties visually on an interactive map. Instead of scrolling through a list of search results, you can explore listings by location; zooming into neighbourhoods, drawing custom search areas, and discovering properties you might not have found through a standard search.

How to use Map View

1. Go to jamesedition.com/real_estate/map
2. Browse the map: listing prices appear as pins. Click a pin to preview the property.
3. Click on a listing preview to open the full listing page.
4. Zoom in and out to explore different areas and neighbourhoods.
5. Use the Search as I move the map option to update results as you navigate, or click Search this area to refresh results for your current view.
6. To search within a custom boundary, use the draw area tool to outline the zone you want to explore.

Using filters alongside the map

All standard search filters work in Map View. Narrow your results by price, property type, number of bedrooms, size, and more while browsing the map. This helps you focus on listings that match your criteria within a specific area.

Saving your search

Once you've found an area you're interested in, save your search to receive email alerts when new listings appear that match your criteria.

Tips for map browsing

• Drag and zoom to explore areas you hadn't considered; you may find properties in locations you wouldn't have thought to search.
• Use the draw area tool to define an irregular search zone, such as a coastline or a specific district.
• Combine location browsing with price filters to get a realistic picture of what's available in a given area.
