Can I sell my property on JamesEdition as a private owner?
Who can advertise on JamesEdition
Listings on JamesEdition are published by professional sellers: estate agencies, brokers and developers with a business account. Private owners cannot create a listing directly.
What you can do instead
Submit your property to us and we pass the details to agencies in your area who work with properties like yours. If an agency is interested, they contact you directly and take it from there. Any agreement about selling the property is between you and the agency.

What we share, and with whom
When we pass your property to an agency, we send:
- your name, email address and phone number
- the property type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, size and lot size
- the year built and the condition of the property
- notable features, such as a pool, a terrace or a panoramic view
- the address, city and country
- your description of the property
We usually send your property to more than one agency, so you may hear from several. Each of them contacts you directly using the details above.
What happens after you submit
We review the property before passing it on. We do not publish it, and we do not value it or represent you.
There is no guarantee an agency takes it on. Agencies choose which properties fit their market and their portfolio.
If you already work with an agency
You do not need to submit anything. Ask your agency to publish the property on JamesEdition. If they do not have an account yet, they can reach out to our Sales Team at customer-team@jamesedition.com for more information about our subscriptions.
If you want an idea of what your property is worth
Use the property valuation tool. It gives you an indicative range based on comparable listings and market data. It is an estimate, not a formal appraisal.
