When you are logged in as an admin you will see your name in the upright corner of the screen. In the dropdown menu - click on the “Team” section and it will take you to your agents control panel.

In this section you will see all the team-members of this account and can easily edit them.

You can add a new agent manually by clicking a green button “Add team member” and filling in their name, contact details and uploading their picture.

Note that we keep the phone number optional in case you prefer all calls to be delivered to your general number.

After filling all the relevant information please make sure to save the changes.

Right after creating an agent - their account remains inactive.

If you would like to activate it - so your agent would have access to their profile and manage their listings - you can press on the Email symbol to send them an activation letter. They will receive the email with access to their agent’s account. But they will not see listings of other agents nor will be able to modify them. Only Admin has access to do so.

If you would like to activate an existing agent as admin - grant them Admin access to be able to manage the whole profile - you can do so using an activation toggle. Keep in mind that you can only do that with the existing agent. So, first you would need to create an agent profile, save and close it, and only then return to editing and activation as admin.

If you would like to remove an agent from your team - click on editing their profile and scroll down until you see the “Remove agent” option.

After you add the agent to your team - you are free to assign them the listings that they are responsible for.

Last but not least - you can apply email settings to all of your team accounts.

You have the opportunity to choose wether you'd like to receive all leads only on one general email, or also send them to your agents. As admin you can allow (or not) your agents to create new listings, edit/(un)publish listings that are assigned to them, and check the statistics for the whole office.
