Situations may arise where you need to change your payment details. For example, you may decide to use another credit card or your payment may be declined for some reason.

In such cases, you will need to login to your BlueSnap account and update your payment details. To do this,

  1. Go to:
  2. Enter your BlueSnap Username (a long set of digits).

3. Enter your BlueSnap password (reset password).

4. Once inside your account, click on the “Change” button under the payment method column. Then you will be able to change your information.

Note! If you do not remember your BlueSnap username or password, you can restore them here.
